All of our hydraulic calculation plates are made of 0.040” thick anodized Aluminum plates. This material was designed to resist ultra-violet rays and extreme weather, making it ideal for both interior and exterior use. Our fire red plate color contrasts with the lighter Aluminum metal under the anodizing to help make system information highly visible and easy to find. Our Aluminum plates are proudly made and engraved in the United States by a veteran owned company.
Every plate ordered comes standard with free shipping included in our price to all 50 US states. Our plates are sent in a rigid mailer with standard 5 day shipping. All orders are shipped within 2 business days. Shipping confirmation will be sent upon tracking information becoming available. Shipping carrier delays are possible, especially during and near holidays.
Use the form below to enter the information needed for the hydraulic calculation plate. Please be aware that your exact spelling and lettering will be transferred to the engraving file. If there is a field that you do not input text into, “N/A” will be substituted in the engraving text field. If the information being supplied exceeds the engraving space text will be shrunk to fit. All calculation plates will have a small identifying code engraved on the bottom left edge along with our website address. This is to help identify your plate in the event it needs to be re-ordered or duplicated. All calculation plates come with the free option of having holes cut for chain mounting points. These holes are not intended for use as screw mounting points. Although our plastic is heavy-duty, over torqueing screws may cause damage to the plates. Any screw mounting through these holes are done at the installers risk. Select the optional “Quick-Stick Magnet” option below to have an ultra-strong rare earth magnet included with your order. These help keep your plate suspended while you install chains for mounting, and keep calc plates fixed to the riser pipe in exterior high wind areas. Add the optional “Main Drain” plate at a discounted rate. Each calc plate ordered is entitled to 1 (one) discounted main drain plate.
